REGULAR SEASON JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Announcers: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator @ 5:45. Your job will be to announce the races for the entire swim meet.
• Ribbons: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator @ 5:45. Your job will be to write the times on the ribbons during the meet. Difficulty level low.
• Timers: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator @ 5:45. There will be 3 timers per lane. One of the 3 timers records the time. Difficulty level low.
• Scorers: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator @ 5:45. Instructions will be given at that time. Difficulty level low.
• Stroke & Turn Official: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator @ 5:45. You must be a certified Stroke & Turn official. Difficulty level moderate.
• Concessions: please report to the concession area for set up at 5:45. Difficulty level low.
• Raffle 50/50: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator at 5:45. You will be circulating the crowd to sell 50/50 raffle tickets. Difficulty level low.
• Lane Seeders: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator at 5:45. "Lane Parent" your job is to find Soleco swimmers and get them lined up for their race. There are 3 lane parents for each meet. Difficulty level low.
• Runners: please report to the Volunteer Coordinator @ 5:45. You will collect the time cards from the timers after each race and drop them off at the scorers table. Difficulty level low.


SUMMER SPLASH

Certain jobs have been broken up into a morning and an afternoon session. If you are scheduled to work the morning session please report to the volunteer coordinator by 8:00 a.m. on July 10, 2010. If you are signed up for the afternoon session, that session should report to the volunteer coordinator by 1:30 on July 10, 2010.
